Sales, Refund, Warranty and Maintenance Policy:

Sale:

Life expectancy:

• Surveillance cameras, anti-theft alarms, attendance and exit devices, and point-of-sale devices are developing significantly, which makes their cost decrease over time, and their expected lifespan decreases due to the development of new products.

The cost of maintenance and spare parts may be high, compared to the cost of new devices, and therefore the expected life of the products is only two years, as the process of repairing the product after two years may require spare parts that are not available at

The factory has to order it specially, which makes the cost of manufacturing it higher than the cost of a new part.

Refund:

• The return or exchange includes all products except electronic devices, computers and software, according to the following cases: -

o The full amount paid will be exchanged or refunded within 3 days from the date of purchase.

The product must be returned in its original condition, with its original packaging and all accessories or attachments, without opening or installing it.

o Bring the original purchase invoice for the product.

o If you have purchased the product more than 3 days ago, see our “Warranty” policy below.

Warranty:

• All electronic devices are guaranteed for two years, except for accessories and attachments.

• The warranty means repairing the fault and not replacing the device. All devices returned under warranty must be accompanied by the original invoice 20 days before the end of the warranty period, noting that the warranty is the agent’s warranty and not the store’s warranty.

• To benefit from the warranty services, please bring the original purchase invoice to match the device’s serial number and to ensure that the warranty period is valid.

• The repair period takes a maximum of (20) days for faults covered by the warranty. ** The company has the right to keep the replaced parts during the warranty period.

• The repaired product will be guaranteed to comply with the original warranty period. In the event of a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired, the company has the right to replace any of the internal components of the product, for example (motherboard) only.

This is in accordance with the condition and replacement terms stated in the warranty.

• The customer has the right to obtain a temporary device after 20 days in the event of a delay in providing a spare part, a delay in maintenance, or in the event of a manufacturing defect in the product.

• If the defect cannot be repaired during the warranty period, the customer has the right to obtain a replacement product after paying the fair use value *** or to recover the purchase value after deducting the fair use value *** in the following cases:

As stipulated in the provisions for providing maintenance, spare parts and guaranteeing manufacturing quality issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

• When agreeing to purchase and install cameras from the showroom, the cameras will be programmed on the mobile phone for free upon installation, and internet must be available.

• The warranty covers a free repair or replacement service for spare parts in the event of a manufacturing defect. The warranty does not mean replacing the product or refunding its value. Faults resulting from:

o Misuse of the product or failure to comply with the instructions for use in the product manual.

o Fractures, blows, or exposure of the device to external factors such as liquids, humidity, high temperatures, accidents, riots, earthquakes, changes in electrical current, water leakage, rain, lightning, and fires.

Floods or the like.

o Attempts to install, repair or maintain the equipment by persons or entities not approved by the institution, or the use of spare parts not approved by the institution.

o In the event of any damage to the device’s serial number or if it is intentionally or unintentionally destroyed.

o Damages resulting from poor transportation and loading by the buyer.

o Faults resulting from current frequency, apparent burning in the main panel, or as a result of using an electric generator with unstable current.

** Applies to defects covered by the product warranty and quality of manufacture. Other defects and those outside the warranty may take a longer period depending on the parts required.

*** The fair usage cost is calculated at 5% of the product value at the time of purchase for each month starting from the date of purchase, not to exceed 80% of the product value.

Technical support, installation and maintenance:

• Technical support includes invoices with added technical support. If there is no technical support, a maintenance appointment is scheduled after paying the visit fee in advance.

• Technical support does not include programming, reprogramming, and disassembling devices when the password is forgotten.

• Advanced Systems Solutions disclaims any responsibility for any lost items at the work site.

• It is preferable for the person in charge or his representative to be present at the work site.

• Work will not begin at the client’s site until all details have been agreed upon and the client has signed his approval of the terms that were previously agreed upon.

• The workplace and all details are agreed upon. If someone is representing the person in charge at the workplace, the person in charge has no right to demand modification after the work is completed on the site.

• In the event that work is completed on what was previously agreed upon, the client does not have the right to change, add, or suggest new work without compensation. In the event that the client’s changes are agreed upon, a new report will be prepared and what was agreed upon will be proven.

• When agreeing to purchase and install cameras from the showroom, the mobile connection will be free for installation on working days if there is internet in the workplace. In the event that there is no internet on the day of installation or in the event that

If the customer has a problem connecting to the Internet, the customer does not have the right to ask the company to go to the installation site and complete the work or repair the Internet faults for free.
